Yoga in your Surf Vacation

As a complement to our surf, climbing, and bouldering courses, the SaltyWay house offers inspiring yoga sessions twice a week, usually on Mondays and Wednesdays. The Vinyasa sessions, led by our experienced yoga instructor Carolina, are specifically tailored to climbers and surfers, aiming to promote regeneration and mobilization – the perfect balance after an active day. Our yoga offerings cater to both beginners and advanced practitioners and take place on our inviting yoga deck, often accompanied by the picturesque backdrop of the sunset.
